The lodge offered safari game drives, but of course, at an extra cost. The accommodations were decent with some amenities provided. The pool was open in August, which was nice.
Oh, just a small detail, everything else besides the basic unit came with an additional charge. Quite generous of them, isn't it?

I had such a wonderful time at Ouklip Game Lodge. The accommodation exceeded my expectations, with all the necessary amenities readily available. The layout of the facilities was well thought out, making it convenient and comfortable for guests like me. The private boma and the tent provided a unique experience, and I particularly enjoyed the informative game drive led by the owner. The attention to detail at the campsite was impressive, and my 18-month-old son loved the farm animals and playground. the friendly atmosphere and excellent service from the people who own and work at Ouklip made my stay truly memorable.
The noise coming from neighboring guests, which unfortunately affected the tranquility of our stay. Additionally, the distance between the undercover parking and the tent was quite far, making it somewhat exhausting to carry all our luggage.

We had an amazing time at this game lodge just outside Johannesburg. The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in the bush. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always friendly and helpful.
The morning meal could have been improved with more variety and options.

our second stay in klipdrift exceeded expectations! the attention to detail at ouklip was impressive. the tent and facilities were clean and well-maintained. the on-site shop had everything we needed. loved the farm animals and playground for our son. can't wait to go back!

Peaceful location with lovely tents and all necessary amenities. On-site shop well-stocked. Wildlife sightings, including Lions and jackals, added to the experience. Clean facilities maintained by friendly staff. Great pool for relaxation and fun.
